A research study of my classes, conducted by Dr. Carolyn Palmer, PhD., Developmental Psychologist at Vassar College resulted in a published article. “Moving Into Tummy-Time, Together: Touch and Transitions Aid Parent Confidence and Infant Development” was published in the Infant Mental Health Journal in January, 2019

In our article, Dr. Carolyn Palmer, Barbara Leverone and I share our findings. Attending class with me led to:
• Improved tummy-time
• A More varied repertoire of movement
• Pointed toward positive shifts in parent confidence
